Appointment Scheduler

You may visit the link below to schedule an appointment to meet with Mr. Deal In-Person or through Zoom.  Once the appointment is scheduled, you will need to complete an Intake Form and sign a Statement that you have received cetain disclosures that will be sent to you after you schedule the appointment.  Failure to complete the Intake Form and Certification by the evening prior to your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled.  If you are unable to complete the Intake Form and Certification for any reason, but still wish to meet with Mr, Deal, you will need to contact the office prior to the deadline, so arrangements can be made for you to complete the form and Certification in-person prior to your appointment.
